    Cancellation policy for Big Apple Singing Telegrams

    NO CANCELLATION, once the performer is booked for the time slot, requested by the client. Booking occurs at the time that payment is processed. If there is an issue/conflict, before the scheduled performance, client may call and postpone or reschedule the performer, as long as proper notice, is given. A company credit will be issued for a future date.
